Edie was under the care of a physician throughout our entire diet change. She maintained her prescriptions and physician recommended course of action. She only wanted to find easy ways to change her diet while monitoring her health. In no way would I recommend anyone to change without consulting with a trained professional. I am not convinced that the standard American diet (SAD) is totally healthy or complete. You should check with your physician to find what is best for you. You may want to consider multi-vitamins to supplement any nutritional deficiencies – for current or modified diet.
